Sorry for the lack of pictures for this post! The pictures turned out really dark and blurred but thankfully the three pictures that I have do this lovely outfit some justice! Notice anything different about me? I have another piercing! I got a medusa piercing last week and it hurt like fuck but look at how pretty and feminine it looks! For now I'm stuck with a boring old stud until it heals properly and then I can change it to a beautiful sparkling diamond. Keep tuned for a post on mine and Leah's medusa piercing experience that sound be up later this week on the blog.

Anyway, enough about that for now and onto the outfit! I love wearing over sized shirts as dresses because it looks so cool and edgy but I also feel comfy and it doesn't take much effort to style. I love the logo on this shirt, it says 'heartache' and I love the way it looks like it's spelled with flames. Thank god this shirt has sleeves though as I was so cold when we took these pictures!  I can't believe that this is from H&M as I've seen lots of similar t-shirts like this in topshop but so much more expensive!

Oriental Vibes

This is the most beautiful velvet jumper in the whole entire world. Just look at the beautiful oriental pattern! I feel like an anime character wearing this, purely because the pattern looks so Japanese with the cute pink cherry blossoms. In the last few months I've become obsessed with anime and cherry blossoms - there is something so beautiful about cherry blossoms. They come alive in spring and die very quickly but while they're alive & blooming, they look gorgeous and make everywhere look dream-like. Me & Leah have actually got matching cherry blossom tattoos on our wrists! Also you can get this absolutely incredible jumper in the River Island sale! 

Although my jumper is star of this whole outfit, I love these velvet leggings from Boohoo! Leggings that are velvet... I could not resist. I got these for Christmas and they keep my legs super warm while out and about in this horrible January weather. Plus, they look so different and look more stylish than just plain black cotton leggings.

The Cutest Sparkly Backpack Ever!

Sparkly Backpack - River Island 

Hey everyone, this is Cyber Mermaids very first post of 2017! I decided to bring even more sparkle in this post! I'm wearing my cute mini sparkly backpack from River Island. I got this for Christmas and I've been obsessed with wearing it ever since! It really is a mini mini backpack! I'm okay with my bag being small because look at how cute it is! I have decided to call this cute little backpack Luna. The sparkles look like little crystals! And the best thing is, the glitter actually stays on and doesn't fall off! I have paired my backpack with my gorgeous velvet jacket from Boohoo. I love the colour of this, it's so unusual. I'm wearing my pretty new blouse also from River Island. You can't see the sleeves here but I'm definitely going to do another post on this blouse very soon! I love the vibe of this outfit, it's space like and mystical with a twist of my own style!

Happy New Years Eve everyone! We are waving goodbye to 2016 and saying hello to 2017! I think 2016 has been my best year in a very long time to be honest so I'm hoping 2017 will be another good year. There's no better way to bring in the New Year than wearing sequins! I bought this gorgeous mermaid inspired top from River Island in the sale! I love the colours of the sequins, they are just so so so beautiful! There is no such thing as too many sequins for us so I'm also wearing my black sequin skirt from Boohoo! I'm wearing my gorgeous babydoll gothic boots from River Island too. I love this outfit, I wish I could wear it 24/7! 

Our 2017 Resolutions

• Keep positive - I think I have really improved at keeping positive and it makes all the difference! I would love to feel more positive about myself and to love myself more. 
• Art, art and more art! - Art is one of my favourite hobbies. There is just nothing better than looking at a piece of work that is your creation. Selling my art is something I would love to do in the future as it's something I love and making a little bit of money would just be a big bonus. 
• Keep blogging - I think this is the fourth blog I've made now and I'd love to stick to blogging because I love being part of this little blogging bubble. It's also a good excuse to buy more makeup and clothes I think! 
• Music - Me and Leah love love love music, it's our life! I would love to be in a band, make more music and have more faith in myself! We also want to put videos on our youtube of us playing guitar and drums (check out our Youtube here!)
